how to record cod4 without lag

first to record just type /record momonaked into console in-game cod4 when playin

then to stop type /stoprecord

if u go into ur cod4 files u will find somewere demos inther is the file on a few kb proably

then u need to download cod4 player ill post a link in a min then u use it to watch ur demo and u can video ur demo file with xfire etc.
