need help on server

i love being DMN and i want to keep are server a good sniping server like it used to be but i cant do that with out /rcon or being able to call votes all i can do is sit there and HOPE that listen and they never do so if we could do someting about that that would be great

voting should be aalowed because then if no .:DMN:. is playing the server then normal people cannot play with out some noob gunner comin on and messing up the server and makin all the people who want to snipe to end up leaving.

so please allow votes beacuse t5hen mebers can call votes and poeple will actually play the server.
